gta 5 google drive — GTA Games

1) Where and how files are stored
Google Drive is a service that stores files. When asked “What are files?”, Answer almost all files.
The point is to know how it is stored. For example, if you have Google’s “Backup and Sync” tool installed, all the files on your PC will be automatically backed up to Google Drive. Every time a file is modified, it is backed up.
You can also search for and download the Chrome extension “Save to Google Drive” in your web browser. This is a feature that allows you to save anything you find or find interesting on the net to a folder in Google Drive. Keep in mind that you can save time by uploading Gmail attachments directly to Google Drive instead of downloading them.
Google Drive can also be used as a quick way to send files. It’s also useful when the file you attach to an email is likely to exceed Gmail’s maximum attachment size of 25MB. You can insert photos and documents up to 10GB by clicking the Google Drive icon at the bottom of the email composition screen.
Alternatively, if the document is publicly available, you can click “Publish to Web” to get a link and share it on the web. The file will be published in the name of the creator and will be accessible by search engines.

2) Leave the troublesome work to Google Drive
Let me tell you something good. Google will take care of some of your time-consuming tasks on your behalf. One of them is a feat of simply uploading a photo or PDF file, extracting the text part separately from the image, and converting it into a searchable text format with the character recognition function.
It’s worth remembering that the Tools menu at the top of the screen has the ability to translate documents into other languages. If you’re a Google Chrome browser user, you can switch to voice input, rest your fingertips to type, and dictate sentences. Editing work can be done by typing even during voice input.
3) You can use “Documents” even when you are offline
You might think that you need an internet connection to access or make changes to files on Google Drive. It’s a problem for people who use the subway. In that case, you can download the extension “Google Offline Documents” that can only be used on the Chrome browser. It is a function that allows you to select the document you want to access offline in advance from the setting menu of Google Drive.
Only the files specified here can be viewed and modified when the internet connection is lost. It’s important to select all the files that you might need to open. If you make changes to your files, they’ll automatically sync to Google Drive when you’re back online.

4) Remember the shortcut
Readers who are good at using the task management app Trello already know that shortcuts are so convenient that they can be called a “new mouse.” If you remember the tricks correctly, Google Drive, like many digital platforms, works really fast with keyboard commands.
One of the best is the shortcut that displays a list of keyboard shortcuts for Google Drive. Pressing the “Ctrl” and “/ (slash)” keys at the same time displays all the shortcuts that can be used on the keyboard.
There is still more. You can create a new file by simply entering the desired shortcut name in your browser without going through the main page of Google Drive. For example, typing “doc.new” will open a new file in Google Docs immediately. Similarly, you can create files with “form.new”, “sheet.new”, “site.new”, and “slides.new”.
5) Manage storage
Basically, Google Drive gives you 15GB of free storage per account, and you will be charged for increasing capacity. But if you feel that your free space is draining unusually fast, you can easily check what’s occupying a lot of space.
Check the files displayed in descending order of size from the “Storage capacity” tab on the left side of the top page of Google Drive, and delete unnecessary ones. Keep in mind that none of the so-called “native files” created on Google Drive take up space as they would when imported from a device. This means that spreadsheets should be created directly from Google Drive.
Lesser known is Google Drive’s “Trash” folder. It is also possible to empty this to secure capacity. Knowing the existence of this folder is also useful when you want to restore deleted files.
